Ines Ligron answered the comment on her blog and announced she retired from her position of National Director of the Miss Universe Japan... For 13 years, she has coached many Japanese women for the Miss Universe. In 2007, she led Riyo Mori to the Miss Universe and let Japanese people know about the contest.
I was so impressed by her opinions on Japanese women. She thinks Japanese women are needed to be "kawaii", but it means childish cuteness. She believes women should have own opinions on social problems and express them. I learned the importance of being independent and confident from her. She encouraged all of Japanese women to be global.
I thank her for great job in Japan!!
